Slack line!

One of my new favourite pass-times is slack-line! It's incredibly addictive and I can't wait to get it mastered!

I found the place to practice, over at Colossal wake park, love the lakeside location! Slack line is great for your body and also works you mentally at the same time. Loose your concentration for one second and you fall.

As yet I'm still pretty terrible but it's a "watch this space" for sure! We're going to get good at this for sure! Here are 3 tips to help you get across:

1) Keep your head up and your back straight
2) Use your arms to help you balance
3) Choose something on the far side of the slack line to fix your gaze on and keep focusing on that point as you walk
