Finally some sunshine in Ceara!
Time to set the writing aside and head to the beach.
It takes about 2 minutes to walk to here from my house. Its one of my favourite places to come and meditate.
The beach closest to home is the local fishing port. Wooden sail boats called Jangadas line the beach.
Hot dogs or legs?
My dog Ameixa loves to invade my space!
Jangadas haven't changed much in design in the last 100 years.
The local men sometimes stay out at sea on these boats for 2 nights in search of fish.
Each Jangada has the name of the beach its calls home carved or painted at the stern.
Depois varias dias de chuva tevê um dia do sol aqui na Taiba. Foi por a praia mais perto da minha casa, que e onde ficar as pescadores e peixarias também. A praia sempre tem vida. Jangadas indo e voltando do mar. E difiro por imagine que no 2014 ainda tem barco sem motor. As pescadores as vezes ficar no mar por algumas dias, dormindo em cima das barcos.
