Simple fruit salad

This was my first meal after a 3 day juice detox.

1 apple
1 banana 
1 kiwi
5 dried plums

It was delicious! Doing a juice detox really makes you slow down and appreciate food when you return to it. Each fruits flavor felt so much stronger than before. When returning to meals after a juice detox it has to be done slowly. Eat fruit and raw vegetables for the first few days, then start adding cooked veg. A few days after that you can add brown rice to your meals.
